• Other Emirates: Deliveries to the other Emirates within UAE may take between 3 to 12 working days, ensuring that your items arrive securely.
• International Shipping: For customers outside of the UAE and within Middle East, international shipping policies shall apply, and deliveries may take 10 to 15 working days, depending on customs clearance.

Same-day and Next-day Delivery

For your convenience, we offer same-day and next-day delivery options on selected products within Dubai. Please note that the availability of same-day and next-day delivery is subject to product availability.

Return Policy

Once our products have been purchased and successfully delivered to you, we regret to inform you that we do not accept returns, but you may exchange the product according to our Exchange Policy.

For Cash on Delivery (CoD) orders, if a customer decides not to accept the ordered package upon delivery, they will be responsible for covering the associated delivery fees. Please note that delivery fees will still apply to orders that qualify for free delivery. The delivery fee will be charged by our shipping partner at the moment a customer declines to receive their order.
