Exchange & Refund Policy

At Prasha, your satisfaction is our utmost priority, and we are dedicated to providing you with the finest shopping experience. We understand that occasionally, you may need to exchange a product due to size issues or damage (see point 3). To facilitate a seamless exchange process, we kindly request that you carefully read and adhere to our exchange process:

 Eligibility & Non-Returnable Items

At Prasha Lifestyle, we accept exchanges for:

  • Clothing & accessories for men, women, and kids
  • Size issues
  • Products damaged during transit

Non-returnable items:

  • Jewellery (for hygiene reasons)
  • Beauty & cosmetic products
  • Bags & footwear — exchange only if damaged or wrong size

Products must be:

  • Unused, unworn, unwashed
  • In original packaging with tags & brand box

2. Mandatory Proof & Exchange Request Timeline

To process exchanges due to size/damage, a clear unboxing video recorded during the first opening of the parcel is mandatory.

Timeline:

You must provide information to Prasha regarding an exchange within 24 hours of delivery and request for exchange within 3 days of delivery. 

3. How to Request an Exchange

Email us at contact@prashalifestyle.com with:

  • Order number
  • Product details
  • Reason for exchange (size or damage)
  • Mandatory unboxing video

Verification & Approval:
Once reviewed and approved, we will share the next steps.

Pickup & Delivery:

  • Pickup arranged within 1–2 days
  • Replacement delivered at the time of pickup (where applicable)
  • Exchange subject to product availability

4. Replacement, Coupons & Shipping Guidelines

Replacement or Credit:

  • If in stock → replacement of the same product/size
  • If unavailable → choose a similar product of equal value or receive Points/Coupons equal to product value (excluding shipping)

Shipping Guidelines:

  • Return instructions will be shared after approval
  • Return shipping cost to be borne by the customer (unless assessed as a Good Exchange)
  • Use a reliable courier with tracking

Exchange Limit:

  • One-time size exchange allowed
  • If second size also doesn’t fit → item eligible for a credit note

Discounted Items:

  • Items with 50%+ discount are non-returnable & non-exchangeable

5. Refunds, Credit Notes & Return Address

Refund Policy:
We do not offer cash refunds.
A credit note will be issued (valid for 6 months).

Refund Method (Payment-wise):

  • Debit/Credit Card → refund to original account (5–7 business days)
  • Tabby/Tamara → refund processed within 24 hours
  • Cash on Delivery → refund to Prasha Wallet after return completion

After Inspection:
Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be informed of the approval status
  • Replacement or credit will be processed accordingly

  • Return Shipping Costs: Please note that customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs unless our assessment deems the product eligible for a Good Exchange.
  • Recommended Shipping Service: We recommend using a reputable shipping service with tracking capabilities to ensure the secure and timely return of the product.
  • Notification and Further Instructions: Once we have received and inspected the product you returned, we will promptly notify you of its status and provide any necessary instructions for a replacement, if applicable.
  • Policy Scope: This exchange policy is exclusively applicable to products that meet the criteria for a Good Exchange. For any other inquiries or concerns regarding your order or our exchange policy, please do not hesitate to reach out to our customer support team for further assistance.

Refund Policy

At Prashalifestyle, we strive to provide the best possible service. Please note that we do not offer refunds in cash for any cancelled orders. However, in the event of a cancellation, we will issue a credit note for the amount of your cancelled order.

This credit note can be used towards your next purchase with us. The credit note will be valid for 6 Months validity period from the date of issue.

Return/Exchange of Discounted Items (Above 50% Off):
Please note that any items purchased during our promotions, sold at a discount of equal to or more than 50% on the MRP, are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. There will be no returns or exchanges on these items.
