Delivery Period
We understand the importance of receiving your orders promptly. Therefore, we aim to deliver your purchases as swiftly as possible:

1. Dubai: Enjoy the convenience of receiving your order within 2 to 10 working days depending upon the product you choose.
2. Other Emirates: Deliveries to the other Emirates within UAE may take between 3 to 12 working days, ensuring that your items arrive securely.
3. International Shipping: For customers outside of the UAE and within Middle East, international shipping policies shall apply, and deliveries may take 10 to 15 working days, depending on customs clearance.

Same-day and Next-day Delivery
For your convenience, we offer same-day and next-day delivery options on selected products within Dubai. Availability for these expedited shipping methods will be clearly mentioned on the product’s description page. Please note that the availability of same-day and next-day delivery is subject to product availability.

1. Orders placed after our daily cutoff time of 2:00pm GST will be processed on the following business day and the delivery period shall start from there.
2. Please ensure that you provide accurate shipping information (including building name and locality) to avoid any delays or issues with your delivery.

Cancellation Policy

At Prasha, we understand that circumstances can change—whether you've found something else on our website or simply changed your mind. While we currently do not offer a direct interface for order cancellations, our team is here to assist you promptly.

Cancellation Timeline:
You can request to cancel your order within 2 hours of receiving the order confirmation email.

Receiving and Payment: 
If your order is not cancelled within the specified time frame, it will be processed, shipped, and billed to you as per the original order details. You will be responsible for receiving and paying for the items in your order.

Return Policy:  

You must provide information to Prasha regarding an exchange within 24 hours of delivery and request for exchange within 3 days of delivery

Once our products have been purchased and successfully delivered to you, we regret to inform you that we do not accept returns, but you may exchange the product according to our Exchange Policy.

For Cash on Delivery (CoD) orders, if a customer decides not to accept the ordered package upon delivery, they will be responsible for covering the associated delivery fees. Please note that delivery fees will still apply to orders that qualify for free delivery. The delivery fee will be charged by our shipping partner at the moment a customer declines to receive their order.

Multiple Item Returns/Exchanges:
If you wish to return or exchange more than one item from your bulk order, you will be responsible for the delivery charges. Please ensure the return items are shipped back to us using a trackable method. You have to ensure that the item is unused, in original packaging and all tags and stickers are intact as arrived. Our quality department will check the item and will process your return/exchange only if all the rules are abided by the customer.
