Delivery Period

We understand the importance of receiving your orders promptly. Therefore, we aim to deliver your purchases as swiftly as possible:

• Dubai: Enjoy the convenience of receiving your order within 2 to 10 working days depending upon the product you choose.
• Other Emirates: Deliveries to the other Emirates within UAE may take between 3 to 12 working days, ensuring that your items arrive securely.
• International Shipping: For customers outside of the UAE and within Middle East, international shipping policies shall apply, and deliveries may take 10 to 15 working days, depending on customs clearance.

Same-day and Next-day Delivery

For your convenience, we offer same-day and next-day delivery options on selected products within Dubai. Availability for these expedited shipping methods will be clearly mentioned on the product’s description page. Please note that the availability of same-day and next-day delivery is subject to product availability.

• Orders placed after our daily cutoff time of 2:00pm GST will be processed on the following business day and the delivery period shall start from there.
• Please ensure that you provide accurate shipping information (including building name and locality) to avoid any delays or issues with your delivery.
• In the unlikely event of any shipping delays or issues, our customer support team is available from 9:00am to 7:00pm on working days to assist you and provide updates on your order status. You may contact us through Email, WhatsApp or Call.
• Orders received before 4:00pm on working days (Monday-Friday) are only eligible for delivery in next 24hrs. Orders received after 4:00pm will be shipped next day.
• Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on Monday.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Timeline:

Our customers have the option to cancel their order within 2 hours of receiving the order confirmation. To initiate the cancellation process, please follow these simple steps

Cancelling Your Order:

After accessing “My Account,” navigate to the “Orders” section. Here, you will find a list of all the products you have ordered. To cancel an item or your entire order, follow these steps:

1. Click on the specific product(s) you wish to cancel.
2. You will see an option to cancel the selected product(s). Click on this option.
3. You may be asked simple questions, including the reason for cancellation, for us to serve you better.

Important Note:

Please be aware that you can only cancel your order within the initial 2 hours window after order confirmation. Once this time has elapsed, we are unable to accept cancellations.

Receiving and Payment:

If your order is not cancelled within the specified time frame, it will be processed, shipped, and billed to you as per the original order details. You will be responsible for receiving and paying for the items in your order.

Return Policy

Once our products have been purchased and successfully delivered to you, we regret to inform you that we do not accept returns, but you may exchange the product according to our Exchange Policy.

For Cash on Delivery (CoD) orders, if a customer decides not to accept the ordered package upon delivery, they will be responsible for covering the associated delivery fees. Please note that delivery fees will still apply to orders that qualify for free delivery. The delivery fee will be charged by our shipping partner at the moment a customer declines to receive their order.
